✦ AI summary

Players are divided on this physics-based puzzle game. While some praise the clever gameplay mechanics and appreciate solving puzzles through unconventional methods, others criticize the janky physics engine, weak visuals, and overall poor technical presentation that detract from the experience. The level designer is seen as a nice addition, though some feel the developer should have focused more on polishing the core game rather than adding features.

"Limits of intelligence" is a poorly made tech demo that revolves around assembling simple machines and dealing with laughably janky, badly done video game physics to solve various puzzle levels. There's better Rube Goldberg machine games on Steam, for sure. The game was a huge flop on Steam Direct, mostly because the incredibly weak visuals and technical presentation. There's a level designer, which is a welcome feature, but given the overall poor quality of the game, it's a wasted effort that should have gone towards more polish and fixing the awful visuals. The technical execution of this game is shallow and simplistic, just enough to tick the boxes required to get something (anything) published on Steam, rather than investing the huge amount of effort and budget needed to create a fully fledged, comprehensive, high quality product. This feels like a tech demo more than a full game. This game features very lacklustre minimalist "art" for graphics instead of anything remotely contemporary. I'm sure the "developer" thought this would come across as "artistic", but it doesn't, it comes across as "really lazy". Yes, contemporary 3D graphics take a lot of time and effort to c…

This is one of the best puzzle games (from a game-play stance) that i have ever played. This game should get more attention, id pay for the DLC when i finish the main game, heck i would have paid for the game straight up. The only issue i have is that you can zoom in and out. Such a shame to see games like this not get the popularity that they deserve. Also, if the Dev is reading this, please make more - id be happy to help where i can - I can make websites and im not to bad at level design, especially for games like thease. Very happy to do it for free as well. DM me if you need anything <3
