"Makiomino" is a very simple block matching game similar to Tetris but with a mechanism that involves pushing the blocks in different directions. There's a few similar games like this on Steam and while the idea is clever, this feels like it should have been a mobile app or a browser game rather than trying to compete with AAA games here on Steam. The developer might even have made some money from ad impressions on the web or the mobile app stores. This game features very lacklustre minimalist "art" for graphics instead of anything remotely contemporary. Developers must try to understand that gaming is a visual medium. This looks phoned in. Geddit? Because it looks like a mobile phone app, but in the wrong place. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Простота механики, где нужно передвигать элементы, чтобы сложить изображение, обманчива – уровни становятся все сложнее и требуют стратегического мышления. Визуальный стиль привлекательный, выполнен в минималистичном, но ярком дизайне, и музыкальное сопровождение ненавязчиво дополняет процесс. Что действительно выделяет 'Makiomino', так это реиграбельность. Множество уровней, каждый из которых предлагает уникальную головоломку, не позволяют заскучать. Кроме того, игра отлично подходит для коротких игровых сессий, когда нужно быстро отвлечься и размять мозг. Интерфейс интуитивно понятен, управление отзывчивое – все сделано для комфортного погружения в игровой процесс. Недостатков, как таковых, не замечено, разве что хотелось бы больше различных режимов игры или хотя бы режим "на время" для тех, кто любит соревноваться с самим собой. В целом, 'Makiomino' – отличный выбор для любителей головоломок, которые ищут что-то новое и увлекательное. Рекомендую!
