About Mazovian Adventure
Mazovian Adventure is a fantasy game but.. with hm.. smaller epicness. That mean that Your task is not to throw the ring into the Mount of Destiny, or to defeat the Death Star, but to.. purchase potatoes on the market in small Masovian (Poland) city of Garwolin . Sounds nice ? This is for starters, because then there are trolls and ... the rubber-manga-rabbit.
All this in the company of two nice brothers. Guide their fate in a fun point and click adventure.
The game offers 4 different endings . Although some of them are not very pleasant ;-) So watch the player for what you do.

History:
Mazowiecka Adventure is a full indie (independent) game! It was created because my son wanted to be a hero in a computer game. As I have two sons, I created a game about them. Well, more or less about them, because we don't have a troll's in our neighborhood ;-)
At the beginning, the game was quite raw, as it was a hobby game, but over time, after we put lot of work on the mechanics, levels, history, graphics and recorded dialogues (which by the way was quite fun), it turned out that a neat and playable story was created.
So I decided, a bit convinced by the opinions of friends, to show my work to the world. At this point, the stairs began, because it took me almost as much time to create the game, to test it, detect and correct errors and adapt the product to market standards. Anyway, it worked :)
I invite you to play. I think it's worth it!

See my first impressions in my livestream here (coverage of this game starts at 50 minutes into the stream) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zE91zeJUM0 Very casual, very heart felt and amusing at times click to explore adventure. 6.5 out of 10 is my first impressions score but about an 8/10 probably if you understand Polish as I think you'll get much more out of it if you understand the voice acting in this game. Recommended if you aren't expecting lots of fast paced action.10 found this helpful
Quite pleasant and with nice fairytale art but bugged to high heavens and doesn't have any pathfinding at all. Worth buying for ~£1 I'd say.3 found this helpful
Mazovian Adventure is a beautiful sentiment of a man who dedicated whole game to his beloved family. This game is very unpolished and translations sometimes are very inaccurate (happened to understand a bit of Polish myself). I loved graphics and adored heartfelt atmosphere and sense of humor. I had issues with clunky and very uncomfortable controls which made my time in game less pleasant. It honestly makes me sad, because it is a very cute game. Would recommend this game only after some improvements since it is not really worth the price just yet. Creator shouldn't stop after this attempt and I hope Mazovian Adventure will have some production improvements so I can recommend it. Good luck in creative endeavors ^_^ [strike]A bit sad that Steam doesn't give something in between "recommend" and " not recommend" and I have to down vote it just for this reason.[/strike]
Please follow our curator page, Otome Lovers, if you'd like to see more reviews like this one! Cute, short game -- though it is longer than you'd expect -- with some bugs. It does lack polish (not Polish), but it's still OK and charming in its own way. Had my eye on this for a long while, but only got it recently. VO, although clearly not professional, is still OK and not distracting... which is good because the audio volume sliders don't work! Most of the time was spent tying to figure out what to do. Although there were some hints in rollover and even NPC text-flavor forms, it was sometimes difficult to figure out what to do to proceed to the next scene. The camera angles were a bit tough too. The only game-breaking bug I encountered was due to the camera angle. Overall, a fun, little game made by a parent and his kids. I'm glad they decided to share it with the world.2 found this helpful
A good short game to occupy a small amount of your time. The graphics style and color scheme reminds me of Runescape. While I didn't get a chance to level up woodcutting or anything, it was a nice story to play.
