The story is told through animated cutscenes which strengthened with a long soundtrack. And, it isn't a short story.

Almost each level features cutscenes and characters which has their own emotions and story. So while being consistent, they each feature different music. This also applies to the fights. There is a long and carefully composed soundtrack.

The game's length is more than 60 levels including prologues & epilogues. Each of them features a different experience while maintaining the main flow of the storyline.
