Mecha Survivors

Simple survivor-style game with mechs, quick runs, weapon upgrades, and boosters, but limited content and little depth keep it from standing out in the crowded genre. The game is a straightforward entry in the survivor-style genre, so anyone who has played similar titles will immediately recognize the setup. At the start, you select a character or mech. Only one is available at first, while the rest remain locked until you gather enough resources to unlock them. Each mech has its own strengths, some deal higher damage, others move faster, but overall, the differences are relatively small since they all play in much the same way. Every mech begins with two weapons, and you can acquire up to two more during a run, giving you a maximum of four. Once your choice is made, you enter one of three available zones. The objective is always the same: survive for as long as you can while eliminating enough enemies to summon a boss. Once the boss appears, defeating it allows you to complete the run. Gameplay needs to improve substantially before full game launch. It'd be good to trigger the melee skills instead of auto casting, or at least improve interface for cooldown. It was really hard to identify enemy projectiles and to actually kill anyone during the first few minutes of gameplay. The game also crashed after a few gameplays and I had to kill the process. Playing on an ultrawide at 1080p. OST slaps!!! Great music. I'll come back to the game only because of the music. Maybe try to default it to be louder in comparison to mecha movements?

this game has been in early access since 21st of aug last year according to steam, in the state that i just played it as of 29/3/26 i doubt this will ever get out of early access. What brings me to this conclusion, well here are some basic features that are missing from the settings menu general - work in progress... interface - work in progress... controls - work in progress... from the gameplay it plays like your normal suvivor game but with mechs, however where it differs and kills my enjoyment is the god aweful performance, it does not run well in comparison to any other game in this genre i've played and crashes frequently. oh and it's maxing out my AMD radeon RX 9070.... this card can run most AAA games on the highest settings but this game is maxing it out? seems pretty sus.
