Memory Lost: Chapter One

This game is like the ascent but kinda feels like borderlands but top down didnt like this at first but after i found some guns THIS IS MAD SATISFYING. All achievements are pretty easy.

Memory Lost: Chapter One is a free top down action shooter with a really good idea at its centre. I play as a strange cybernetic character that can capture the mind of an enemy and take control of their body. That means I am not just shooting my way through an area and picking up better weapons. If I run out of ammunition or take too much damage, I can look for another body and move into it instead. I think that is a much more interesting way of handling survival than simply giving me health packs and unlimited ammunition. The body swapping is easily the best part for me. There are dozens of enemy types and each one has different weapons, skills and characteristics, so taking control of a new body can completely change how I approach the next fight. One enemy might give me a useful weapon while another has better survivability or a different ability. I like having to think about which body I want rather than treating every enemy as something I only need to kill. The fact that weapons only have limited ammunition makes the mechanic even more important because I cannot simply stay in one body and shoot everything until the area is empty.
