A young guy is forced to leave his luxurious life in a big city behind and return to a small town of Sunville, located near the ocean shore.
He dreams of going back and is mad at his father who ditched him for a young wife and left him without any financial support.
He must find a way and acquire the means to make his plan come true, but will he be able to do it?
The college he’s going to attend is full of sexy girls and teachers.
He needs to make a choice: follow his original goal or dive into a seductive world of love affairs. But nothing is ever easy — some relationships will demand changes from him.
He comes into town as a simple guy, will he be able to change? And what direction will those changes take? Will he become better or worse? There are a lot of different ways of achieving his goals.
You’re going to assume the role of that young man in a visual novel with excellent animations and quality graphics.

I thought it would be some kind of free roam game, but the supposed free roam part might've as well not exist. The devs should've just make it straight up a visual novel like many other AVN.3 found this helpful
WTF is this hose sch_t?! The artistry is ugly, the story is ugly! I can't stand looking at Olivia's drag queen, man w makeup face! That is one ugly ass fem-dude! Well, for the time I've put in it so far, it's the ugliest character. Most of the others are ugly as hell too. But that one is the worst I've seen in ANY of the AVNs. Plus, this is another dumbass point and click, divided days, make money to do anything, piece of sch_t. I hate these types of so called AVNs. It's not and AVN, it's a damned point and click! This type of game shows lack of imagination from the Dev. It's a base coded routine, with a few tweaks to character creation and story. No effort put into this at all! Disgusting! Decent game overall, but this game has ridiculous amounts of unnecessary dialogue, especially during sex scenes. But it's pretty obvious that the "college" is a high school. Not sure why they couldn't do better on that.2 found this helpful
Milfs of Sunville - Season 1 is such a wonderful story. The growth and pitfalls of the story, and choices good or bad, makes it a total winner for those who are no just looking for a quick ♥♥♥♥ game. For now that's all i have to say. More later...1 found this helpful
