MILFs of Sunville - Season 1

I can't recommend this game. The premise is pretty standard, so not that. It's the mechanics that make it... unbearable. The scenes, if you want to call them that, are these LONG, LENGTHY click throughs. My mouse button is worn out from clicking through. When one of the very FEW choice branches come, there is no way of going back if you chose something that you didn't want to. There are no *wrong* choices, but... there are some that are decidedly not intuitive to going the way you want them to. Almost all off the women go for the opposite of their type. Olivia, the nose-ringed drunk slutty type goes for the nice-guy bunny, Sarah the straight-A, never in trouble girl goes for the rat. You get the picture. Unfortunately, you are doing parallel quests, advancing them all a step or two at a time. To go back and try various combinations of actions is going to wear out your gear or space bar (you can advance the conversation either way). Honestly, after about 10 minutes of reading dialog one sentence at a time, I just started speed clicking through. Sequences that should have been animations (Clapping. One. Frame. At. A. 4/10 - Promising idea, but a terribly scripted story. This story could be fairly good, but the writing is horrendous. Character dialog is disjointed, and very oddly phrased. It is as if the developer collected a list of common phrases, and just threw them haphazardly into conversations between people. Even worse, many of the phrases are very antiquated, incorrectly worded, or just odd. And, there are numerous points during the story when the MC thinks to himself something to the effect of, 'Maybe I should...,' making it seem like we can decide if he does something unethical or not, but then the only choice available to click after advancing is to perform that action - 1 choice equals no choice (e.g. snooping into someone's computer). This also occurs when the MC experiences a family crisis at home, contacts his friend to ask for support by hanging out together; he asks the friend to come to his his house, and...bring something to smoke? The MC has never smoked up to this point, and has not even mentioned it in his own thoughts, let alone talk about it with another character.
