Gameplay Impressions: https://youtu.be/-ndVixHdiWg The main downside to this game is the gameplay controls. They didnt gel well with for me at least. They seem unresponsive at times. I'd go to block but the character would not do so instantly, for example. You have the option to play as one of 2 characters. I can say that I could NOT get past Jack's first mission. Had no idea what to do. Just kept fallin' to death. The game looks very nice in the graphics department tho. There are stutters at times particularly during the cutscenes on higher graphic settings. I also like that it features voice over work though some of it just cuts out abruptly. Obviously the game needs a lot of work but there is still potential here. The price tag is such that it wont hurt too much to give it a shot. I'll give it a middle thumb.8 found this helpful
Beautiful game with two different playstyles, but current early access shows that it’s not ready yet. The game allows you to play as two characters with different styles. Oliver is a fighting specialist, but Jack loves to go in quietly and surprise foes. Both play similarly. Controls are standard for a side-scrolling action game. There’s your standard movement, jump and double jump, roll, defense, and attack. Although jump is always available and doesn’t come with any limitations, roll on the other hand uses stamina. It recharges after a while, but you can only do one or two rolls in quick succession. Jack’s only ranged attack is a limited supply of throwing knives. However, his katana allows him a much stronger melee attacks. Oliver’s shooting doesn’t come with any control because you can only point straight in front of you. You have a pistol and a machine gun, both with limited amount of ammo. Combat includes both ranged and close combat that activates automatically when you’re near an enemy. However, combat isn’t that easy because of defense mechanics. By looking at the icons over your head, you can see where the attack will come from. It can be up, center, or down. This game looks super promising. HOWEVER, as of right now its unplayable. - I have the recommended specs and yet the whole game does not run further than 10fps constantly - No tutorials at all throughout the beginning, one is concerned and astonished as to what to do or how to fight. - AI voices all through. I would rather have no voices at all rather than have AI mess this and make it horrendous On the other hand the game is Argentinian and also has several features from other games which I like very much like the hearing what to do or the multiple campaigns. The graphic detail is INSANE but there is tons to improve to make this chapter 1 appealing to the public.6 found this helpful
