About Miner Open Chests
Miner Open Chests is a game with quite different gameplay from previous ones. You need to use mining, action and puzzling, all these 3 kinds of skills in combination to find treasure chests in a mine waits for exploring. And you need to find various interesting tools to help you overcome obstacles. Every type of block needs a specific tool to break through. Different mechanics and tools interact with or be needed by each other. It slightly tests the player's memory and logic thought. To make progress, player must carefully explore the scene. There are diverse level style in this game. Some are pile of boxes, some like a maze, some are more about action and mechanics, even racing level. Another interesting part of this game is action elements. This is a precise platformer, so you need to calculate the distance and plan your move before you make a jump, and it's associated with puzzle. Some special tools just like speed shoes or rocket pack may help you complete that stunt movements in the air.There is an interesting pixel mode to change all the picture to pixel style. So you can experience the feeling of 1990's classic games, like Mario Bros. There are 28 well-designed levels with increasing difficulty, the final few levels are challenging. All the going through lasts for more than 16 hours. This game has a relaxing atmosphere, and easy to learn how to play. Player can enjoy the fun of mining, action-adventure, puzzling, treasure hunting and smashing something to decrease pressure.

Plays and looks exactly like the old arcade games, but is quite pricey for what it offers. There is no story or even a small amount of information regarding the game's hero. This is essentially a collection of 28 levels that you must complete in order. Except for a more complex stage arrangement, there is no distinction between them because they all employ the same components. Each stage is a mine in which you must find and open all treasure chests. However, this is not so simple because each stage contains a variety of barriers that require a specific tool. There are nine tools, each of which is useful for only one type of obstacle. Some of them are a crowbar for crates, a shovel for soil, a pickaxe for rocks, etc. Although a stage appears to be open, there is still a predetermined path to take because tools are hidden in strategic locations. So you have to find one tool, retrace to another portion of the stage where you can utilize it to get to a new tool, grab that new tool, and then return to another part of the stage to get the next tool, and so on. Flash Engine Studio's new release Miner Open Chests is a simply but fun platformer good for casual gamers and great for kids. You need to work out how to use your tools to dig/break/jump your way to other tools to eventually unlock each level. Bonuses can be tricky to solve. Miner Open Chests is a simple but fun platformer with some puzzle elements. Fairly easy - kids will enjoy the most. Could use a touch more polish but good for casual fun as-is. The mechanics are easy to learn and also pretty easy to master, so long as you plan your moves carefully to avoid an accidental cave-in. While I did have fun with it overall, the excessive amount of backtracking demanded in the game's larger levels (which only get larger over time) did start to wear on my patience after a while. It has a free demo so you can see if this game is up your alley, and I'd strongly encourage giving that a try first.
