About MineSweeper Rush

Introduction

MineSweeper Rush is a new 2D casual game that follows classic Minesweeper rules and adds new features for a fast-paced, competitive experience.
The minefield grows upward continuously. When you hit a mine, the game does not end immediately—instead, two new rows are quickly added.
Clearing a row happens when you mark all the mines in it. If there are fewer than four rows, four new rows appear along with bonus points.
As your score increases, the game speeds up. This racing element means every second counts and makes the challenge even tougher.
You can choose from three modes: Easy, Normal, and Hard, or change the board size and the number of mines using shortcut keys.
Your high score is recorded on one of five leaderboards so you can compare your speed and accuracy with other players.

Gameplay

Right-clicking a block puts a question mark on it. A block gets a flag only when it is confirmed to have a mine.
You can mark a block by clicking the number next to it, and the game will automatically place flags based on the situation.
Four different drag modes help you clear mines faster and score more points in less time.
An AI system keeps the game fair. If no safe move exists, clicking a mine will not cause a penalty.

Features

A built-in tutorial shows you how to play quickly, while the help menu provides clear pictures and step-by-step instructions on rules and strategies.
Background music and sound effects build excitement and help you focus during the race.
Six different skins are available to reduce eye strain during long, fast-paced sessions.
The game window can be resized to perfectly match the board size and your screen resolution.
A hidden cheat mode displays solvable blocks and automatically clears mines, making it easier to learn quick strategies.
Various number display styles help you see the game state clearly, so you can plan your moves rapidly.

This is a great upgrade from the standard Minesweeper. The only thing to say bad about this is that controls should be changeable.

As the offspring of Minesweeper and Tetris, this game is like a certain president of the United States' parents : they should never have mated together. Seriously, it's a free game, feels a bit harsh to put a red thumb on it, but I felt disappointed with the gameplay. Actually, the idea of mixing Tetris with Minesweeper wasn't that bad, and I was pretty excited when starting the game. But you can just win the game by clicking randomly on tiles surrounding the mines. It doesn't even require reflection, and at some point you will have to do it, because lines are piling up way too fast, and achievement are all about farming : if you want a high score it becomes mandatory to speed up by spamming left click randomly. You lose all the interest of Minesweeper. If you're still willing to give it a try, then do it, but don't give it too much expectations.

[spoiler]A legendary neurosis simulator where one wrong click on a gray square destroys 20 minutes of logical thinking The game teaches you that the number 3 is a sign of an oncoming heart attack and the 50/50 randomness at the very end of the board loves to crush you more than real life does It is the perfect time killer for office workers!
