This game rules. That's not an opinion it's a fact. Just follow the advice they give you in the beginning and you're set to cruise for dozens of hours. Particularly the advice that says when you start losing, or when battles become protracted, GO BACK TO LEVEL 1. Rinse and repeat with that loop while constantly swapping out for the best gear. That's the meat of the game. Aesthetically speaking this game is badass. These girls look tough af and they charge headlong into battle without a hint of fear, living and dying in this mostly empty arena. I think I see watermelon slices as garnish sometimes. You'll pick up so much gear that you'll have no idea how to sort through it all. But you'll try and your miniBONG girls will always have a fresh new look and a deadly new weapon on hand as a result. (protip for the other reviewer who says the constant item swapping makes the dress up part of the game irrelevant: if you like an item's properties you can change its appearance to look like another item you own. So you can indeed play dress up without abandoning your quest for power.) My girlfriend can't understand why I play this. Even if I've massively uppped my game and decked my girls …

Realy awesome idle game takes almost no ressources runs smooth has great artwork and nice music along with tons of options to customize your characters u can even directly copy paste them as stickers that u can send to friends and stuff.

i am so lucky to know the many "gotchas" gamedev can pose on regular players. the memory is not volatile, the devs to this game simply renamed the user data folder from "ginicat" to "gini" and didnt bother with an option for legacy transfer between the two, happens to all of us, so i cant really be mad. i originally thought to quit the game entirely due to how much time i initially spent on this game, only to be greeted the next day by an empty savefile menu. but life finds a way, despite its paradoxical nature. and so did i to the solution. previous review: steam gem never knew this game existed, never saw an ad about it, nobody told me about it and yet i found it. the game loop is short is simple: * get character * kill npcs for resources * upgrade character * progress through levels * repeat
