About Mission in Snowdriftland
Chaos at the headquarters of the video game organization, UPIXO: the villain, El Pix, has stolen some important and historically valuable artifacts of video game history from the archive. Help Chubby retrieve all the artifacts from El Pix's icy realm of Snowdriftland!
Mission in Snowdriftland is unique in its concept: Play it like a traditional Advent calendar, and select a level every day and let Chubby guide you through the cold winter days. Or play it like a classic platformer - any time you want.
Mission in Snowdriftland offers the right gaming experience for all players: younger and less experienced gamers can get off to a quick and easy start and jump right in to start searching for the artifacts, while core gamers will face a cool challenge as they collect all snowflakes per level.
Prepare to confront some wacky enemies like penguins in squirrel costumes, polar bear joggers listening to music, flaming fire bumblebees and many more.
Compete against four Minibosses, the subordinates of El Pix, who are standing in your way after every world. Defeat them to prove that you can face the big boss himself!
Explore Secret Areas containing strange Glitch Pixels in every level. Collect them all to solve the secret behind the odd Pixel Mass found in the newly discovered Hole!

The youtuber Nick Robinson brought me here (the guy who covered the 10 year hunt for the lost mcdonald's DS game). I like it and it is always nice to see how one person can get many people to come together to revive a lost classic like this one, a mesh between classic 2d Mario and other platformers. In terms of difficulty I believe that the it varies across all the levels, by that I am referring to the level design, some become difficult while others are smooth sailing ahead. I enjoyed the humour as well as the many references you will come across along the way. It remains as a refreshing experience for platform enthusiasts, you will not regret it I highly recommend this.3 found this helpful
A delightful little platformer who's history of creation, and the fact it exists still now to play better than ever before is a truly wonderful act of creative passion and video game preservation :)1 found this helpful
A really fun, snappy & short platformer. Difficulty jumps around a lot with some bosses being cakewalks and some levels posing real challenges. Speedrun mode adds a bit replayability, as does replaying in advent calendar format. Going for all the glitch pixels (something I haven't finished yet) is fun too, especially without a guide. I can only hope the developers bring out new games in the future because they clearly haven't lost their talent since the WiiWare days. You cannot lose given how much this game is to buy, easy pickup for me1 found this helpful
Before grinding the bonus level, make sure to practice all the previous levels so you can take it on without getting frustrated.
Extremely Niche game but extremely fun platformer and i loved the new dead pixel update (Also Nick Robinson's Documentary of the revival of this game was peak)
its pretty difficult at times for a platformer, but once i got it down, i really enjoyed myself its fun, charming, and though its nothing revolutionary, i like what it does kinda sad its a bit short, though
