If you liked Scorched Earth / Ballerburg Castle Chaos / Clonk ... or this generation reincarnation of those games called "Angry Birds" , you will like this one ...at first "MOORHUHN/CRAZY CHICKEN strikes back " charms you with its cute round graphics and well made sound track ... but later on you notice few problems along the way : You cannot sell castle decorations to reclamation invested coin , The ground sometimes is too obscure / too well mixed with the environment art making you wonder "If i can shoot trough that or not" ... when one time, you shoot pass this rock asset ... and on the other map you could not ... same with trees Later on the castles in the campaign cheat (higher level then you could have been, even if you didn't throw your money away)and you have to grind to upgrade things (guess that's why most people play this in MP) The campaign is stale and boring , mostly made as a tutorial for the main feature ... multiplayer castle battles (but you have to complete it to get all castle items) Castle battles that are addicting , mostly because of the hall of fame ...and the human nature of proving they own ego is number #1 ... the thing is the MP is broken so much y…

UPDATE: The backend has been down for a while. Without it, there is no reason to play. Interesting old game from my childhood but a few flaws that I'll get out of the way first: - Mid game coin grind is cheesable by collecting the chests (example: Level 19 or 30) repeatedly and quitting out. - Mid-end game gets stale quickly as the AI is pretty bad at making shots and utilizing weapon's special abilities well. - End game (level >75) is especially boring once you have the most efficient castle possible and nothing to spend your coins on. - Not much variation in making the most efficient castle possible. - Roof is objectively better than Wall while being functionally identical. - The server, or rather some of the backend requests like the leaderboard are unusually slow. - Unable to collect chests through a weapon's special attack while the enemy's shield is up. - One lava scene during battle is missing a background layer, exposing unfinished art at the bottom. - Some achievements have such inconceivably high requirements that not even top players have them. Despite these flaws and the fact that there will never be any updates to this, I think this gem has a perfectly addicting game…

Like Bubble Pop and Match 3 titles you find yourself repeating early levels for better scores and more coins used to unlock better pieces and weaponry for your castle.
