"Mutual Assured Destruction Simulator" is kind of riffing on the formula of Papers Please, but the narrative is wrapped (lazily) around a simple arcade experience where you pretend to be a defense technician, and of course your job training is to play a little arcade game to stop incoming attacks. Oh, what a twist awaits you (Ender's Game much?). What do you do in the game? Not much at all, this is a "narrative experience" with a lightweight minigame stapled on. Neither the narrative experience or the minigame are worth a serious PC gamers time. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D graphics which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably.
