About MY FOX - Desktop Wild Pet
"MY FOX" is a continuation of the "WILD PET" project in which we take care of a small animal who gets to know the world with us. All of this is displayed as the desktop wallpaper so you can an eye on your fox. We are probably the only one presenting a similar project.
The fox reacts to your commands, asks what to do when it sees something interesting. You can call him, stroke him and throw balls.
The fox grows over time. You will start with a little fox that will grow and get bigger over time.
We had a lot of inquiries about the possibility of taking care of another animal. The fox seemed perfect so we planned this sequel by building a new bigger world with new stories to discover. "MY FOX" also allows you to transfer to the magical world.
Main features:
The game is displayed as wallpaper.
Everything happens in the background while you are working on something else.
Interactive little fox that will grow up.
Take care of a little fox that will grow with age to discover new possibilities of the wild and magical world. It is up to you how the fox will grow up.
More terrain and new opportunities.
The new map will allow for longer exploration and new opportunities will allow the fox to move to the new magical world.
Beautiful graphics with many settings.
Relaxing graphics that are built to not burn your PC. A dedicated graphics card is recommended.
Day and night system.
The game changes the time of day your fox will react to and the darker night colours will not strain your eyes.
Smaller features:
The game will automatically start with your computer.
The game will pause when you start another game to give you full computer power.
The game supports multiple screens. Additionally, you can change the camera settings in the menu.
Additional optimization that only generates objects that are visible.
"MY FOX" is created by our new extended team. New opportunities and new ideas should add variety to this beautiful game. We keep our fingers crossed for them.

11/10 Would let the cute fetch-playing fox drag me randomly though nature again! It's not really a game, just something to have on your screen that's relaxing. The scenery is stylized and looks like a painting. There is a FoV option in the settings for those who may get motion sick by random camera movement.3 found this helpful
The game looks really cute but the game refuses to work on Windows 11 it seems. If your on Windows 11 DO NOT BUY. Just a waste of time and money. The Community Hub does not help even though the developer state to check it out. For $2 more you can just get Wallpaper Engine which is overall significantly better with tons of different wallpapers.2 found this helpful
i found a key, it was a fight to get the lil fox to go to the key cause the menu was very picky about when i could choose to pick location and cause i could not control the camera direction at all. when i finally managed to get the fox to get near the key with the pick location thing, even right on top of the key, it would not let me do anything to collect the key and the lil fox did not do anything either, and then it started to wonder off again, leaving the key behind and i just decided to give up, it is not worth fighting with the lil fox to get the key... i dont want to leave the key behind because i needed it for that chest i found.. but the lil fox kept trying to leave it behind and making me fight tooth and nail to try and get it to go back again. but cause i can not control the camera its very annoying to fight with the fox to get it to go where i needed it to go... so i will just say goodbye lil fox and good luck1 found this helpful

chilled and just awesome.
For me this is perfect, exactly what I wanted. I was looking for some kind of virtual pet that felt 'real' - not a Tamagotchi-style pet that I had to look after constantly, but something that felt like it was truly living. I wanted something that would keep doing things without my constant input, and didn't depend on my actions all the time, but that I could choose to interact with occasionally. I've had my pet fox for around 24 hours now, and instead of becoming bored or feeling like things have got repetitive, I find that the longer I watch the more I feel like I'm observing a real creature. There's enough going on that it feels like genuine artificial intelligence - you don't notice patterns in the movement and behaviour, as often happens with virtual pets and things that claim to be 'AI'. The landscapes are gorgeous, the soundtrack is beautifully calming and I'm really enjoying just being able to watch my fox living its life, with the option to occasionally choose to interact.
