My Tiny Grocery Store - Desktop Idle Supermarket Game

My Tiny Grocery Store is a charming idle game. You stock products, customers buy automatically, and the progress continues even when you’re away. It’s easy to understand, relaxing to play, and perfect if you enjoy idle or management games. Simple concept, executed nicely. I really enjoyed my time with it.

I brought this game for 85p and thats all its worth tbh and I only brought it for loads of achievements. There is just lots to unlock and sell in a little shop and not much else. The prestige system is basically pointless.

I am really enjoying this game as a fun little background distraction. The idle design is perfect for letting you build up your supermarket while you are busy with other tasks on your desktop. It is satisfying to check in and see how much money the store has made without the window completely taking over your screen space. While the gameplay is great, there are a couple of features that would make the experience much smoother. It would be incredibly helpful to have a setting that lets you choose which corner of the desktop the game sits in, just in case the default spot blocks something important. A quick toggle to hide the game entirely would also be a huge plus when I need to clear my screen or focus.

Nope. Ridiculously simple & short-lived. Two -- count 'em -- TWO whole mechanics in this game, and the art has got to be straight out of Game Maker. Finished in about 5 hours, and that's with a 90 minute nap in the middle. If this is what deserves a $5 price tag nowadays, I weep for the genre.

You market this as an 'idle simulator', but it’s nothing more than a glorified, buggy screensaver that sucks the absolute life out of gaming!Look at it! The shelves are stiff, the mechanics are so flat a pancake looks three-dimensional, and the economy system is a complete joke! Calling this 'strategy' is like calling a slice of processed white bread a three-star Michelin menu. It’s raw, it’s uninspired, and it’s so incredibly poorly programmed it feels like it was slapped together during a coffee break. You took a unique concept—having the game in the corner of your screen—and turned it into a pile of steaming digital garbage! It is a total insult to anyone who has ever spent a single cent on Steam! Shut the store down, delete the source code, and get out!"

A waste of 4.99. It's not like Rusty's or any other desktop idle games, achievement grab game if this fancies you.
