Welcome to Valorborn Academy for Adventurers, where you’ll start as a freshman and try to get noticed. Raise your grades, learn about your fellow classmates, attempt to impress the upperclassmen or your crush, perfect your weapon skills and abilities, complete assignments, and upgrade your standing in the Hall of Records. Gaining infamy and surviving hordes of enemies with all your limbs intact will take studying, going to class, and completing assignments to upgrade and master your skills. Become the coolest kid in school, or die trying.RAISE YOUR SKILLS AND YOUR GRADES
Necromantic isn’t all about keeping your nose in a book, though. Use a variety of over 40 weapons and abilities that all come from the various classes. Raise your grades in a variety of ways to upgrade your skills and become more adept. After class and long into the night, you’ll explore nearby Kathedril, teeming with undead hordes. Do battle, collect gems and other rewards, then choose wisely in order to level up. Enter the Necromantic realms either as a solo adventurer or together in co-op mode.MAKE FRIENDS AND IMPRESS YOUR CRUSH
Additionally, you can collect textbooks, which can be given as gifts to other students. Learn about your fellow students’ preferences through the yearbook, biographies, and casual conversations in the courtyard, where you’ll discuss lore, life, and love. Okay, Necromantic is definitely unfinished and completely abandoned, but worse yet it is being used for an employment scheme. https://bsky.app/profile/cyndavilachase.bsky.social/post/3md4wybksrk2x Poor Cyndavil here applied for a job at the studio, went through the whole application and onboarding process... and then they tried to have them cash checks..... Times are hard right now and lots of people in the games industry are desperately looking for work, ANY work. So if you are one of those people, checking out this game to see what this studio has made, please just turn around and don't look back. Whoever it is that is currently in charge of Blink Moon, or at least their accounts, is just trying to use you for a check scam. Wait until the game is gets a major balance patch to even try this game. Edit - wish I had read the reviews before buying. Confirmed abondonware. Game is seriously unbalanced. Damage potential of the sword is about 100x any other weapon early game, and is the only AOE weapon. If you are the mage character, the default attack can kill about 1 enemy every other second (2 per 4 second attack) while enemies spawn at a rate of about 5~10 per second. The sword can kill 10~15 enemies per second. So if you don't get a sword on your first level up as a mage, just give up and start over until you do. Even maxed out lightning spell (mages default) cannot compare the the first level of the sword. Three of the weapons have zero value, and half the skills are more damaging to get than beneficial.3 found this helpful

It's a very rudimentary Vampire Survivors-like. Very basic, kinda buggy, slow progression, and appears to be no longer developed.
This game had potential, but the devs abandoned it. This game sucks. It just dumps you into things without an explanation or any lore whatsoever. Just "hey yeah go kill these things and maybe talk to an NPC" The combat is literally just clicking and walking. Boring and no substance. If the game were to get an actual update, maybe the game would be somewhat playable.
