Story
Struck by lightning in a stormy night, a monster awoke. "Who am I? Why was I born?" The monster begins to walk in search of the answers.
Overview
NECROTOPIA is an exploratory action game, in which a player character is a monster, who woke up in a stormy night by lightning. Fighting againt enemies, he/she go through the various areas (cave, graveyard etc.) to meet his/her creator.
His/Her bodies are patchworked. He/She obtains weapons on the spot by picking up junks or snatching up weapons/bodies of enemies, and sewing them on his/her body. Because of the fragility of weapons, you have to use various types of weapons as the situation demands.Features

New review: key left stopped working, a strange very little A appears in the remap screen (I know that the arrow keys are not remappable). Can't play anymore, nothing fix it. Changing review to negative till this is fixed. ---------- Old review The dark church level is one of the best levels I've played ever. Absolutely worth the price of admission. Starts so simple and unassuming, but builds steadily to nice action and locations. Eventually an enchanting game with surprises. The so personal art and animation gets to shine once out of the mine. Enjoying it very much. Update: Finished, gets to excellent parts, not one bug. Key remapping, don't remap the arrow keys, the rest, no problem. Don't touch escape: instant quit. Fantastic church areas: grab torches and oil lamps, light up everything you can.1 found this helpful
