Nekowater is one of the harder Lu games for me to follow overall, the atmosphere can be pretty ncie in this one, although it can feel a bit uneasy as everyone keeps referring to something that happened if you've played a Lu game before, you should know what you're getting into if you're not, I don't think this is the first one I'd recommend1 found this helpful
I too dream about becoming a cat meow
100% Completion Review: This is one of the more wholesome Lu games. While many of the others have some "large" personality women as well as plenty of gore; this game is unique for not having any of that. This is also the first game that you play as a cat instead of a person.
Stand aside Stray there's a new post-apocolyptic cat game in town. When I'm living on a bunch of scrap and debris after the rising tide takes the continent I hope there's still cats and booze.
This is probably up there on my favorite of Lu's games. It's one of the more 'serious' ones. You play as a little cat interacting with people in a flooded world. Discussing more than that would involve spoilers though. I was able to piece together the story more or less despite the rough translation, and the art is cute. As usual, the controls are a bit rough, but it's a fun little experience.
Terrible controls.
