Pursue a snow-white deer through an enchanted forest and discover a magical mystery in the days of King Arthur! When the legendary ruler summons Sir John and Mary to complete another quest for him, they reluctantly leave their modern-day ranch and prepare for another sword-swinging, magic-casting adventure. But nothing they have experienced has prepared them for what they will face as they track a strange creature who's on a pressing quest of its own!
To keep up with the fleet-footed deer, the player must work quickly to gather and produce resources, repair bridges and buildings, remove obstacles, and complete quests for characters that range from wildly wicked to crazily comical.
There's never a dull moment as the player races against the clock to complete challenging levels, unlock bonuses, and earn achievements. For players who want a relaxed experience, an untimed mode is available that will take them on the same incredible journey.

you cant cancel actions,1 missclick and you lose gold it has a weird upgrade system that doesnt let you change after a bonus is chosen and you dont really know how useful each will be 3/106 found this helpful
FINALLY!!! After 6 previous failed attempts at a time management game (IMHO)... A WINNER! Previous games had enemies starting very early (like maybe level 2 or 3) and on every (or almost every) level after that... very frustrating. This game is the reverse... a few levels that were hard and chaotic to finish but most levels were well balanced and well thought out! I was so enthralled with the game I played for almost 11.5 hours straight to the end (level 50) without stopping! Hats off to the devs for this one! DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!! I hope the remaining games in the series are done as well as this one!4 found this helpful
Don't mind my time, I forgot the game was open too many times. It's a classic Time Management game which you can play even if you didn't play the previous opus. What I liked the most was the various mechanics which are introduced little by little without them being overwhelming. I encourage you to leave the tips on for the first time you play for that reason.3 found this helpful

New Yankee 7: Deer Hunters is a classic time management game -> perform a series of action in an allotted time. This game includes levels of difficulties, where the hardest is really, really hard. New Yankee 8 is way more easy - as a point of reference. There are in-game achievements. Some of them are interesting and attached to a given level. The achievement's triggering can be seen only afterward in a dedicated screen. Nothing shows while playing. I'm at level 25 when I write this review - and 3 hours in. There are apparently 50 levels total. While there's nothing surprising or outstanding in this game, it still does what it advertises. It's a good way of killing some time. I like the new yankee series and this is probably the most difficult I played. But the graphics are great, and the story is fun. There are more levels than in the other games, which is nice,
