no sleep for sole

It isn't much but it's damn solid with it's gamplay loop. only downside is that you cant tell that something new has spawned unless you think to check the notebook, also its impossible to tell what the eyeball monsters agression level is when it hides in your bedroom window, still 10/10 game

Developed and published by Ofir Gabay, No Sleep for Sole is an indie psychological horror game that favors emotional storytelling and oppressive atmosphere over conventional scares. The story follows Sole, a young boy trapped in a home where every night becomes a desperate fight for survival. What initially appears to be a tale about terrifying monsters soon unfolds into something much deeper, exploring themes of trauma, abuse, neglect, and deteriorating mental health. The game intentionally blurs the line between reality and imagination, encouraging players to question whether the horrors they witness are supernatural or symbolic reflections of the child's suffering. This narrative approach gives the experience a unique identity, making it far more than a standard survival horror title. Gameplay centers on surviving each night by managing limited resources, avoiding hostile creatures, and making careful decisions under constant pressure. Every tool and item serves a purpose, forcing players to think ahead rather than relying on combat or brute force. Resource conservation becomes just as important as hiding or escaping, creating a satisfying balance between strategy and tension. …

A fun horror game with a creepy atmosphere and scary jumpscares.
