✦ AI summary
Null G suffers from serious technical issues including controller binding problems that make it unplayable on popular VR headsets like the Index and Vive, with players unable to interact with menus despite seeing controllers and lasers in the lobby. The game's core problem is an almost completely dead player population with virtually no active matchmaking, making the PvP-only experience impossible to enjoy as intended, though some players appreciate what's there mechanically.
Null G is a free to play VR game. It does not work on my Index and HTC Vive system, looked ok, sounded or played no ? Bindings don't work, or something. I see lasers and my controllers in lobby, but not a way to trigger the buttons on the menu. Tried this with my Index and HTC Vive. Do Not bother to download.2 found this helpful
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
This incredibly low effort PvP arena shooter was dumped on Steam as what looks like one of the laziest cash grabs ever... at best this is an asset flip looking VR tech demo with no players. And wow, the extent of the failure. This PvP arena shooter only ever had 3 players on at the same time, and that only happened ONCE. That's basically, at best, a 2v1 game that some people played once. Holy crap it doesn't get any worse than that. So, "Null G" is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result.…1 found this helpful
Before I played Null G, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
