Omegaland

Absolutely recommended. It is almost a copy of the classic Super Mario Bros. It even has achievements for those who care about them. You earn coins and can buy a double jump, extra heart slots, etc.

"Omegaland" is a strange and interesting little journey that starts as a generic overly simplistic Mario clone and ends in a completely different form. I won't spoil it, but the second part of this game is totally different from the first. It's more difficult and much stranger despite the fact that there's no evidence the game will be this way at the beginning. It's definitely worth playing as a free game. There are actually a lot of levels and it takes you on an adventure as you progress further into the weird territory. Some of the puzzles end up being weird math equations hinted only by random integer counters on the screen. Later on there are upgrades tied to powering up the systems inside a castle. It's not particularly deep but it's just deep enough to make it worth investigating and figuring things out. The second half was much harder for me because I didn't figure out the locations of some of the upgrades beforehand. All the upgrades and collectibles are tied to the achievements and 100% completion took me around five hours. Free old school platformer the game is pretty amazing, after about halfway through, the level design really really kicks it up a notch.

В основном приходится бродить по локациям, собирать предметы и решать простые головоломки. Отсутствие активных действий, вроде сражений, может оттолкнуть некоторых игроков. Тем не менее, Omegaland - это игра, которая цепляет своей атмосферой и ощущением одиночества в забытом месте. Если вы любите игры с сильным упором на атмосферу и готовы мириться с не самым динамичным геймплеем, то Omegaland definitely стоит вашего внимания.
