This is essentially Scrabble given the Balatro treatment. However, it lacks the soul of Balatro. It has the standard +mult and +points, conditional modifiers, etc. The basics are all there. It just isn't grabbing me like Balatro. The build interactions and deck modifications that make Balatro so addicting just don't seem to have the same level of impact in this game.2 found this helpful
Wasted potential. Balatro plus Scrabble is an excellent idea, but this game chooses to be punishing instead of enjoyable. Word games aren't scare on here, so I'm bailing without much play time in favor of something that doesn't feel like such a chore.2 found this helpful

This game is hard >_< it doesn’t scratch the “big number go up” itch nearly as well as Balatro (the sounds/animations for scoring aren’t that satisfying) but if you like scrabble and Balatro, you will 100% like this game.
game is straightforward and has good mechanics, but it's poorly balanced. Far too high score requirements for the tools it gives you each round.
Words. Oh my god.
