About Ominoflux

STACK ATTACK

Test your stacking skills in a falling-block game with dungeon crawling, enemy HP, abilities, and increasingly challenging battles. Learn and master the Flux, a predictable fluctuation mechanic. Stack absolutely satisfying line clears, one after another - launching attacks that win the game.

RISK VS REWARD

Gems are introduced once you have mastered Fluxing. Now, do you play it safe, or go for greed?Evolve as new challenges and insights demand adaptation.

EVER-INCREASING GRID INTENSITY

The grid is never stable and always on a slope towards greater chaos. Every battle is a fight for control against the odds. But make no mistake - the chaos in Ominoflux is largely deterministic. Can you see through the havoc with clarity and precision?

CAMPAIGN MODE

The story mode is a map of nodes, laid out in a minimalist dungeon crawling format. Set in a roguelite style where levels you gain in battles are permanent as you progress. Discover a zany, mysterious realm that defies theme categorization - in a game that defies simple explanation.

My playthrough : https://youtu.be/97YHLtdTZaQ Overall: 5/10 – Has the potential to be a great game. Graphics: 8/10 • The art direction is fantastic, cool theme, juicy particle effects and screen shake. The game over scene is well done. • The mascot feels a bit weird, though. • The black thing on the capsule art looks blurry, and it was the first thing that caught my eye. Audio: 5/10 • Pretty average, nothing particularly memorable. • The sound effects are kinda cool. Gameplay: 3/10 • The game concept is hard to understand for me. What am I supposed to do? Is it like Tetris, where I line up blocks? Or should I focus on destroying gems on top? What’s the purpose of flux to breaking blocks? And what does the gem countdown mean when a block is destroyed? I don’t really get it. • The gems color is kinda hard to see and are a bit confusing. I assumed a purple block meant a purple gem, but purple blocks can also contain yellow or blue gems. • There's no "Press Spacebar" prompt to advance NPC dialogue, which makes it unclear how to proceed. Progression: ?/10 • There’s potential of interesting RPG elements here, with stats like critical chance, accuracy, damage, and health. However, I …

Game is solid, 10/10 gameplay and graphics is really good. It does have the dungeon vibes and it is fun most importantly. The new update with the story makes it even better and top notch cutscenes but I wish it does have indicators on the bottom of the screen like rotating the cubes as I forgot where is the button to rotate the cubes
