solid pick-3 roguelite. plays reasonably fast, fun synergies with interesting mechanics (both micro and macro), good music, art is a lot of fun playing up its garish loopiness, gaudy ui is a lot to take in at first but it becomes intuitive. underrated

Not for me, I don't like the mechanic that forces you to go to a spot or the guards eat up your space, allow me to explore like a real dungeon. Timers are stupid in a deck builder type rogue-like. Slay the Spire doesn't force me to pick a card within a time limit right? Same idea.

I feel I have no control over whats going on (though there is clearly some item strategy involved and the artwork is a little crude. All that said, its an experience and I regret nothing. In essence this is a anti-gambling gambling game, which is amusing in of itself and reminds me vaguely of the origins of monopoly being anti-capitalist.
