Story:
We are in a distant future and you take the role of a commander of the Earth fleet.
Deployed on the planet Orkana, we are ordered to mine raw materials and secure the territory.
In the beginning it becomes clear that the planet is not abandoned and that an evil force has control over the living creatures.
It seems obvious that the conquest of the territories will be prevented by an aggressive enemy.
It will therefore be your task, as commander of the force, to bring this enemy to its knees and bring the planet and its resources into the hands of humanity.
Decide the Conflict on Orkana for us and conquer the planet for humanity.
Gameplay:
Orkana Conflict VR combines and connects the typical "3rd person perspective" with the "first person perspective" for the first time.
You mine resources, create various buildings and units like in a typical RTS game, and command them from the air.
But then you also have to play actively in the first-person mode and remove obstacles, help your army fight and find a way to defeat the aggressive enemy.
Orkana Conflict does not want to create the depth of a full RTS game.
There is no deeper upgrade system or hours of base building or mass battles with hundreds of units.
Instead, the focus is on a small 20-25 stong army that should be used tactically smart to overcome the obstacles together with the player and win the territory of the enemy for themselves. Can you force the enemy to his knees ?

RTS Games are rare in the VR scene and this game hit every mark! Awesome idea and will def play it through again and again until a 2nd one drops!1 found this helpful
The best VR RTS but just one cautious issue! There is no in game saves. I was so addicted playing this at 5:00 am in the morning and I could not beat the first mission on normal difficulty even after destroying the enemies supply lines but they kept just respawning. 9 am came and I was so exhausted I had to give up the level even though it was so close to ending. Had to do the human thing the developers miscalculated. I needed to sleep. Came on next day later all those hours of progress gone. I probably was too exhausted and didn't do my strategy properly like everyone else. But what I played was tons of fun. Other problem is their 2016 AI voices. Absolutely annoying. I was excited to play this game after being disappointed with Crystal Commander. This game had more depth. What this game does right is a fun RTS experience that has some tactical depth where you need to fight with your troops. You have to lead and use tactics. Unique aspect. Its like Warcraft 3 where your the hero that needs to be decisive character in battle. I think some studio with money needs to pick up this developer so he can make an even more awesome game. Pretty fun game from start to finish. It allows a level of diversity for how to win each level whether you do most of the shooting or let your units do it. Each level introduces units and weapons to use, and new challenges to move forward, so even when replaying at different difficulties, they require some planning. Admittedly, the game has some small issues but nothing game breaking. Some optimization would be nice, a few bugs pertaining to player and units, but the overall experience is good. Having a combination of RTS and FPS is pretty rare to find, so it's nice to find it here. It's easy to transition between the two, and it provides an interesting way to play as you can strategize with it. Graphics are decent, pretty smooth fps except when trying to open the steam menu inside the game. The voice acting is pretty much what is expected of a one person show. The controls do take a little getting used to and the tutorial should have done more to explain them as it took a while for me to figure out everything. Overall a good game. If the sequel comes out, hopefully it has more polish to it.
This is a very bare bones RTS with first gen VR graphics. Having typed that, it is still a decent game just keep expectations low and hope the possible sequel is better.
