This is a visual novel of a story about a non-binary couple, Jori and Rowan, who are on a dangerous quest to complete a mission while they try to rekindle their relationship. While tension builds up, we play as Rowan (one of the couple), trying to discover why their partner (Jori) is being distant from them and trying to avoid revealing anything on their mind. Our goal is to reach a complete and achieve the ending we wanted (either a "good" or a "bad" ending) by making dialogue choices that impact the narrative in the direction it is going. So far, there are 4 different endings (from what I found), but you can easily get a bad ending if you don't make specific choices in the right order. In my experience, I found it difficult to get a "good" ending. I believe I have over 61 save files, mostly me testing and experimenting with different choices, and the game kept telling me to “try and try again”, so I did, again and again, more than I should, but I digress. I was really invested in seeing if there was a happy ending, and there's no achievement to tell you, so you can say this was a challenge I must conquer in itself. "Contains explicit descriptions of sex. (Can be avoided via an in-game choice)" That's a lie. The game is okay, the conversation variations are nice, although the ending is twice longer than it needs (like Lord of the Rings, you get an ending and then for some reason it keeps going). But why not! The rest is hard but good enough. I probably wouldn't leave any review, positive or negative, if the store page didn't outright lie about the sex scenes. At no point was there a choice (that didn't result in a game over)

Really enjoyed this one overall. Was happy to see a game where both partners are non-binary they/them. The story isn't too short nor too long. It's about a retired adventuring couple whose relationship has gone a bit on the rocks for various reasons, going on a journey to try and rekindle their relationship. The PoV character has some fun puns for some of their choices, and the two character's banter was interesting throughout. There's a fair few "bad ends" along the route. I think I somehow managed to pick most of the choices that lead to the good ending (though it also said a "try again" message so I wasn't sure). Going back later to pick other options didn't get that far before ending though so I think it was the "good end" after all.
