The “Parking Garage Rally Circuit” tour comes into a city, selects a parking garage, and temporarily turns it into an exciting rally course for a week-long competition. Each track in the game is styled as a unique parking garage that has been turned into a race course.Rally... Circuit?!?
This is a hybrid of Rally and circuit racing. From rally it draws the jumps and “one racer at a time against the clock” time-trial format. However, the tracks are similar to circuit racing, with each race consisting of multiple laps around the same track (the track may change slightly from lap to lap, however) Controls are very tight, simple and arcadey, similar to Mario Kart (accelerate, reverse, steer, drift), but with a bit more dynamic “smash into things” physics.Seamless Leaderboards
After beating the gold trophy for a course, ghosts from other players just barely ahead of you on the leaderboard are automatically downloaded to race against, getting you into that "just one more" flow as you chase down rivals. Limiting the auto-download rivals to Steam friends only is also an option.Realtime Multiplayer

Very fun arcade drift racer that accurately emulates the graphical quirks of the Sega Saturn1 found this helpful
Gold standard of arcade time trials. Addicting gameplay with intuitive, satisfying controls and nuanced movement. Online leaderboards with replays and ghosts. Great soundtrack. It's exactly what the game should be and it is wonderful.
One of the tightest, fine tuned arcade racers ever made this side of the new millennium. The little details like smoke particle effects, sense of speed (once you get going OH MY WORD) Seattle is where I got the bug for repeatedly trying to find time and improving my trigger discipline (you can go fast and then you can go a little toooo fast), quite literally one of the most challenging and rewarding tracks I've ever played on in any game, leaderboards existed for these moments! And the song to accompany it is a pumpin' jumpin' funky bash that I still hear to this day. If Walaber struck perfection in any sense of the word - it was right there, on that specific track. Pure magic
Great little arcade racer! I'm not usually a racing guy, but low-poly/retro styled ones like this that chase after the arcade racing experience have begun to catch my eye again. I've always found such racing games to be disappointingly lacking in imagination. I want a few branching alternate paths (shortcuts or challenges) and a hidden secret route (equal in length to the main route nearly with a unique theme and hazards) in each track, with unique and interesting hazards that do more than fulfill the role of a box or a traffic cone. Let me drive off a dock into the maw of a sea serpent and race around inside of its body before being coughed out into the air and landing on a lighthouse or something that leads back to the main track. Or let me race through ancient ruins, go off track and run into a statue of Zeus and be teleported to Olympus, dodging angry gods before being plunged into the underworld and juking out Cerberus to return to the main track. To make a track design philosophy like that work, would you need to potentially consider changing the scoring system to something point based on various criteria rather than strictly positional, even if position is a heavy point gene…
