I would say that this game is ok overall nothing to special about it in my opinion. Was entertaining for the most part but this game is pretty janky and did have some goofy moments like when you fall like 30 stories face first into a brick floor and somehow get up just fine or the random characters in the notes having !#-/123' or something like that which I have no idea why its there in the first place. I don't like leaving negative reviews on indie games but this is pretty bad. The setting was my main incentive for trying the game out, as I wish there were more horror games set in/around an ancient Egyptian setting, but even that isn't enough to give this one a thumbs up. The "puzzles" are all the same, involving you either finding a lever in plain sight or spinning statues of Anubis around to face each other. Then there's the combat...it's there! For some reason, there is combat! Unless you're like me and are interested in a game with an ancient Egyptian setting, I'd give this one a miss.

This is a retro styled horror game where it reminds me of early PC games, N64, PSX. Very cool! Some minor jump scares, nothing obnoxious or unnecessary. Puzzles are extremely simple. My suggestions/concerns are item selection could be the mouse scroll wheel. There are dark mazes while being chased where you have to basically guess. I personally don't like mazes but what's a Pyramid without mazes. This game is roughly an hour long & I enjoyed it overall.

Played this for my youtube channel and honestly had a great time with it. It gave off strong old Wii game energy in a good way. It actually reminded me a lot of Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (if anyone remembers that). The overall vibe was just super nostalgic for some reason. The soundtrack stood out too, atmospheric and chill, but with just the right amount of tension to keep things feeling mysterious. Combat and puzzles were on the simpler side, but they were still fun and satisfying to get through. It felt more about the experience than difficulty. Minor nitpick: the two options you get to choose between at the end kinda lead to the same result. Would’ve been nice to see a bit more of a difference. Still, really cool little game. Worth checking out if you’re into indie adventures with that classic, slightly retro feel.

The cat is innocent. I believe The atmosphere is great. I have never played a horror game set in a pyramid.

I will say, you do just get to shoot a mummy with a gun. but like, this game kinda stinky. it loves to just have an out of nowhere jumpscare and make you run through a bunch of T junctions over and over. oh and there's only 1 puzzle, pull some levers.
