Okay, so I love the concept of this group of game devs making games monthly. I like the art style and it supposed to be a fun, chill, little game that you would play as a child. I think that this is a way you could have a kid burn a good half hour or so. BUT, this is just a little too unfinished. There are not any instructions on how to set up the local co-op, splitscreen. I am always on the lookout for local co-op games to play when people come over, and thought perhaps the collecting and more-over the soccer match might be fun for like 20 min or so. This is not quite the case. The controls are a little stiff. It is unclear that to start the match you have to get a specific ball to play with the NPC (no, none of the other 6 balls around the court will do). There are 3 slightly grey balls (which aren't useable to unlock anything or play with the NPC), then you'll unlock 3 white-grey balls that look almost the same color and bounce slightly (you can use these for the wall-ball challenge) and then . You won't know anything about what to unlock unless you check the steam achievements. There are not enough prompts to say, tell you that jumping repeatedly will make the ballo…5 found this helpful
Pipo Park, developed and published by Sokpop Collective, is a small-scale sandbox experience that captures the studio’s trademark experimental spirit. Rather than presenting players with structured objectives, narrative arcs, or carefully tiered progression systems, it offers a compact playground filled with interactive objects and loose physics-based mechanics. The concept is deceptively simple: you enter a colorful park environment and are free to run, jump, kick, throw, and interact with nearly everything in sight. The result is less a conventional game and more a digital toy box built around spontaneous discovery. The park itself serves as the entire stage for the experience. It is not vast, but it is densely packed with props—balls, cones, animals, fences, and various bits of scenery that can be manipulated in playful ways. The physics engine is intentionally exaggerated, allowing objects to bounce, tumble, and react in humorous fashion. Kicking a football might send it spinning unpredictably across the grass, while tossing a cone or colliding with a wandering animal can trigger amusing chain reactions. Much of the enjoyment comes from experimenting with how these elements in…1 found this helpful
Beautiful little game.
I enjoyed the experience but i don't think i would have bought the game (i am a supporter of the devs and get one of their older games monthly) on its own. It took me about 30 minutes to complete and there is no replay value. You can play with friends but i am not sure if that would make the game more worthwhile. What you can do is pretty limited, yet fun to explore. You don't have to repeat things too often so that they become annoying.
We played around, had some laughs. Half an hour of good fun! Don't be evil and don't kick the dog.
