this games strong point are surely the graphics and the really tense atmosphere, the story is great, it was really fun finding out the story along the way. It definetly has some issues with the game play itself that has some clunky movements and buggy things. overall its a great game with a great story, really good graphics and ambience, still has its own problems since its not a perfect game

I recommend this to all horror and RE fans. I really liked the old-school VHS-style filter and the overall realistic aesthetic, it’s great. The save room music and the game's atmosphere is great. I don't understand why so many negative reviews here.

Ambience and story had everything for a great experience, but many times the game is just broke. Saves that do not load (you need to go 1 save back), enemies glitched, equipment glitched... Lost more several hours in gameplay due to that. The fact that we're not allowed to skip cutscenes and sometimes it's a struggle from one save to another, having to watch the entire thing all over again is exausting. Also, game settings do not save, so everytime you start the game you need to adjust them (if your computer doesn't support the epic settings). As for the story itself, sometimes you're hooked, and other ones you just pray to end soon - cases such as the sewer, where you lose hours just walking trying to find a single valve. It was a promising game, but due to the excessive glitches and overall experience, would not recommend even on sale.

The worst survival horror game i have ever played! The confusing level layout is just frustrating, the weapons are bad, the enemies are annoying, and everything about the game seems it was made for the developer himself instead of for others to play.

Pneumata was honestly a really interesting experience. The atmosphere is one of the game's biggest strengths. It creates a constant feeling of unease, and while it isn't the kind of horror game that will make you jump out of your chair every five minutes, it does a great job building tension through its environments, sound design, and overall mystery. The gameplay itself is fairly straightforward, with a nice mix of exploration and puzzle-solving. Most of the puzzles are enjoyable, although a few can become surprisingly difficult and may leave you wandering around for quite some time. The story kept me invested from beginning to end, and I genuinely wanted to uncover what was happening. That said, the game still feels a little rough around the edges. One issue I ran into was that revisiting previously explored areas sometimes allowed interactions with objects that no longer seemed relevant. Triggering these interactions occasionally replayed old cutscenes and even caused the game to crash entirely, which was quite frustrating. My biggest criticism, as well for my audience during my live Twitch stream, however, is the final boss fight. It felt much longer than necessary and did…
