Players appreciate Poon Puzzle's unique take on jigsaw mechanics with irregularly shaped pieces, animated illustrations, and multiple difficulty modes that add rotation and flip constraints, alongside the stylized artwork and satisfying visual design. However, opinions divide on difficulty balance, with some finding the challenge ramping up too steeply and others feeling there's too much clicking tedium relative to actual puzzle-solving, while a few note that character designs become repetitive across the many levels.

Poon Puzzle is a puzzle-focused indie title developed and published by Shmoops Games that takes a familiar genre foundation and dresses it in a distinctly playful, stylized, and unapologetically cheeky presentation. At its heart, it is a logic and spatial reasoning game, but one that clearly understands the importance of visual motivation and tactile satisfaction. Rather than relying on traditional static jigsaw imagery, the game builds its identity around assembling fragmented polygonal shapes into animated illustrations, creating a sense of motion and reward that elevates each completed puzzle beyond a simple solved screen. The core gameplay revolves around rotating, flipping, and carefully positioning irregular polygon pieces to form a complete image. Each puzzle begins as an abstract cluster of shapes that slowly becomes more readable as the player finds correct placements, encouraging a methodical approach that blends pattern recognition with spatial awareness. Unlike drag-and-drop jigsaw games where edge-matching does most of the work, Poon Puzzle demands attention to angles, orientation, and how shapes interlock, making each solution feel deliberate and earned. PP(Poon Puzzle) is the final, so far, puzzle title from Shmoops Games. Does it bring more brain challenge or more tedious clicking? To start with, I want to commend the devs for not merely copying the gameplay of one of the previous releases. Here you are served with a non-standard jigsaw challenge. The pieces do not possess the typical, four-sided jigsaw shape with a pimple, but an n-gonal form of various sizes. The number and size of pieces change according to the difficulty (more and smaller pieces make it more difficult, ofc), and you have more than 50 stages to witness that. What is more, the majority of levels possess additional manipulation mechanics- rotation and/or flip. Both the count of rotations and the direction of flip are specified on the stage selection screen if they are present. The challenge is easy to moderate, but for those seeking more and harder, there is a free hard levels DLC, and even a paid one going beyond that. There is plenty of fun for those who are fine with the monotony of solving, as there is no change to the gameplay as you progress. I finished everything due to the completionist affliction, but I'm okay with the grind; you might not be, so be w…1 found this helpful
[Free Hard Levels DLC was installed] Poon Puzzle is a jigsaw style game where the pieces look like broken shards of glass as opposed to jigsaw'd pieces. There are several dozen levels of cuties and four different modes, depending on which level you're playing. The easiest mode has the pieces in the correct orientation, there is a mode where you can rotate the pieces, a mode where the pieces may be mirrored, and the hardest mode where you can rotate or mirror the pieces. The images are not static, they're like short, looping breathing-style animations, and for a jigsaw puzzle game, is really a nice touch. The paid DLC levels are a bit more difficult with quite a few more pieces per puzzle, and in my mind, well worth it. As far as jigsaw style puzzle games go, this is a good one; the girls are cute, the puzzle shapes unique, mirrored and rotating pieces provides an extra level of difficulty, and there are a lot of levels. This is well worth full price; you get your money's worth. *Images are uncensored and without mosaic.
Starts easy and gets harder as you go :o lol Great artwork, but the girls can look kind of identical as you go. I'm also a fan of the girls dirty talk, very hot. Needs a part 2 or additional DLC
