POOOOL

As much as I like playing with balls, [b]POOOOL[/b] left me with a case of the blues. This looked like a fun little time-waster. [i]"Got 5 minutes to spare? Play around with some balls!"[/i] Well, it's not really like that. Games can take a decent chunk of time, and the beginning minutes are always the most tedious and inconsequential. There's some skill to the gameplay, but that is somewhat offset by elements out of your control. When going for the high score and making precise shots, the physics acting in funky ways can be infuriating. The same goes for the next shootable ball appearing too soon in the way of other balls while they're still moving, ruining your shot. It's simple, has pleasant vibes, and wears its inspiration on its sleeve. An okay time-waster, but when reviewing it on a [i]'recommend'[/i] or [i]'don't'[/i] scale, I hate to say it, but maybe give it a pass. 😕

great time waster, especially if you just need something to fiddle with while listening to a podcast

delightful and super fun. the sounds of the balls clacking & leveling up is lovely and it's a very cute game that brings a lot of joy. my sole complaint is I wish there was a referencable page within the game on how the movement works, because I had a lot of time between play sessions and forgot, lol. but besides that it's a sturdy & fun suika-like that delivers what it promises.

The trailer tells you pretty much everything you need to know to make an informed decision. It's suika game but you launch the balls on a billiards table instead of dropping them in a bucket. This makes it a lot easier to 'beat' and do well since you don't need to think ahead as much and can knock the pieces into better spots, but more control also means less reliant on RNG to succeed, so, different values. It's a fine game. I leave a completely neutral review if I could. I was neither enamored nor disgusted.

Its a fun little game that gets harder than it looks.

this game was very fun, and the billiard ball mechanic adds something new and fun to the suika style gameplay! it took me a pretty long time to learn the basics and figure it out!
