Present Cannon Rebirth is a free VR on rail shooter game. It worked on my HTC Vive and Meta Quest 3 via Steam Link system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. CONS: - Does not work with Index controllers grab. - Too easy to jump. - Very buggy. - Very cheap made. Warning: might cause motion sickness Try it, if you like shooting arcades.

"Present Cannon Rebirth" is a laughably bad VR tech demo where you "shoot" present assets at various house assets surrounded by a frozen forest asset. What do you do in the game? Not much... this is a basic rail shooter because the developers couldn't work out how to do user controlled locomotion in VR. It's a pointless tech demo with no value as a game for gamers. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool.
