A neon, arcadey version of air hockey rather than trying to simulate the actual game. Two problems with it: - The AI is superhuman and will beat your ass regularly. - The game insists on putting bumpers in all five of the provided playing fields, so goals against are far more likely to have come off a bumper than your opponent. You're playing caroms more than against anyone. Looks like nice enough, controls well, but would've been a lot more entertaining if you could choose some game parameters, like bringing that AI skill level down a bit, or choosing NO BUMPERS. Thumbs up 'cuz it's free. 5/106 found this helpful
Before I played Puck Bash, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
3 found this helpful
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
This is a minimalist "air hockey" themed game with a number of arenas... and nobody to play with, because the technical implementation is incredibly weak, leading this to be a complete and utter failure here on Steam Direct. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. First and foremost, there's no meaningful single player content. The developer gambled that other pl…1 found this helpful
This has to one of the most obvious cases of a game being unbalanced. Try to play a match against the AI for 2 seconds and you'll see how much faster they move than you. The thing is, the way some of the maps are set up you're able to beat the AI just by standing still and spamming your ability. The concept is there, but this just feels like a mobile game poorly ported onto Steam
THIS GAME IS THE WORST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME TO EVER BE POSTED ONTO THE PLATFORM KNOWN AS STEAM! IF YOU WANT TO PLAY WITH SOMEONE ELSE YOU CAN NOT EVEN START IT.
the game in itself is ok but the the volume is very loud and could have some settings for it. Also there isnt any ai difficulty change so going up against the same bot is like playing with a child.
