About Pyradice
Experience the thrill of strategic competition in Pyradice, a casual game that challenges your skill and cunning.
In Pyradice you claim the valuable stones of the pyramid turn by turn to be chosen as its ruler upon completion. But you are not alone: your opponents also fight for the sought-after stones, making it a tricky balance of risk and reward - because if two players claim the same stones, both walk away empty-handed!
With each roll of the dice new stone combinations become possible, which each player can claim. Simultaneously with all other players, covertly choose the stones that you feel have the best odds. Higher levels and older stones yield more points but also carry a higher risk of other players having the same idea.
Pyradice offers flexible game modes that allow you to play by yourself, with friends or even with players from all over the world. Offline, you can compete against AI opponents and test the waters before taking on bigger challenges. Online, you can either organize private matches with friends or compete with strangers. The game is designed for up to 12 players and unfolds its full dynamics with as few as three players, whether they are human or AI. Even online, open slots can easily be filled with AI opponents, ensuring the enjoyment of the game at all times.
Pyradice combines strategic thinking, clever planning and the thrill of competition. Plan wisely to secure the most valuable stones and skillfully outplay your opponents. Become the master of pyramid building and declare yourself the true ruler of Pyradice!

NOTE: I am proud that say that I am giving this little indie gem its first Steam review! Don't ponder this purchase decision a moment longer! ..Just buy it already! I can confirm that this game is phenomenal and a both a very unique and very fun game to play! ..You can thank me later! https://youtu.be/kpw7d-13h3k It plays well, is fun playing against the AI and you can play with up to 11 other players as well. Playing against friends and family would definitely be a blast with this game! This game perfectly defines why I do what I do.. and why I review so many unheard of indie games here on Steam. With over 1,200 indie game reviews now over the past 12 years, I am looking for amazing little indie gems just like this! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ..What are you waiting for? I told you in the first line of this review to not ponder this a moment longer and just buy it. lol. You got 2 weeks and 2 hours to refund it if you don't agree with me. And no, I do not know this developer and no, I am making nothing by selling this game to you. I just love shouting out well made and unique indie games that are a blast to play. It's what I do and what I take pride in doing! ..Again, …9 found this helpful

+ is positive - is negative = is neutral + Visual pyradice is a very pleasant game, even if simply, the gradients are nice. + I don't know if this is an original concept or not, but if it is its very solid and enjoyable. + In the late game blocks are worth more, but not by a ton, this means if your behind you can still catch up, while still incentivizing early game captures. + the ai is ok, its not stupid, but its not necessarily smart, even on hard. = the game is a bit pricey, but not super expensive. - No matter what i did I could not get the hints to stop popping up, it got really annoying really fast, but wasnt game ending. - servers are non-existent, im sure i could find someone on discord to play with, but other than that theres no way im ever finding someone online in game at random. Over all, pyradice is an ok game, and thats why i recommend it, but it still could use some tune ups.1 found this helpful
I like this game! You can play alone with AI or online with friends or strangers. Pick the size, length of game, difficulty, it's all up to you. Chance + the right strategy = big wins... or big upsets. muhahaha Face off on an hour long endurance run of doom, or play it quick and dirty over 10 minutes. The Dev is wonderful to chat with, work with you, and fixed all issues encountered at first (only a few, all were minor). Just buy it!1 found this helpful
It's a fun strategy game, akin to games like Mahjong. It can be a fun challenge, though the timer in the solo game mode is a bit annoying.
