About 25920
Welcome to 25920!The distance from the lowest submarine to the highest airplane(In America units of course)Your goal is to destroy the enemy craft before they do the same to you.Whoever loses all Submarines OR Boats OR Planes first loses the game. Why? Because war is all about terrain superiority, and howcould you fight with no craft? Now this isn't like those other grid based water craft guessing games. There are abilities, boons, and several other twists thrown in to make it a unique game each time.Play against the computer or locally with a friend. Can you beat Alexander the great if Alexander had battleships? Can you beat your snot nosed cousin after family dinner? (Probably that kid is an idiot)There are submarines AND boats AND planes in ONE game. What more is there to say?

4/10 Battleship with 3 layers and some additional rules TLDR: the main problem here isn't even the terrible graphics but the impenetrable onboarding, exacerbated by bad English Good: + free + dramatic music track would fit the theme if the graphics were on par + the core idea of having ocean surface, underwater and air layers is interesting Bad: - the tutorial is simply walls of text and big screenshots with descriptions of the UI elements. The problem is, it's all written in bad English. But even if the sentences were proper, the approach is just wrong. For a complex game like this, one needs a step-by-step interactive tutorial that guides you through the first few battles. If the player can't try out what's described, lengthy explanations are meaningless. Because, when read out of context, they get forgotten right after they're read - terrible color palette. There was clearly no artist on the project. - poor UI I suppose it's some student's first project. There is obviously a lot of work gone into intricate gameplay systems and AI opponents. However, at the current state it's not a game ready for publishing or even Early Access. Problems with onboarding would immediately bec…1 found this helpful
Even though you know every turn increases the odds of it ending, the game just continues with the same EDM track on loop - an endless game of Battleship! The strategy is limited. The AI is very very slow. Some good ideas.
very basic microsoft paint style game..
This game was very confusing and hard to understand. maybe it was just me?
Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.
"25920" is a very poorly made ripoff of Battleship (copyright Milton-Bradley/Hasbro) with a couple of quirks, like some "wacky" powers, and the game is split into 4 different boards representing different battlefield strata. This is a bad idea implemented badly, so it's no wonder it was a complete flop. As mentioned, this features really godawful, "wrong" looking AI slop instead of genuinely and sincerely created game assets. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating real game assets or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision. AI slop sticks out like a sore thumb... and it comes across as insulting. Worse, it's hard to tell how much of this is AI slop and how much of it came from the developer pretending to be an artist with MS-Paint. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the bud…
