lovable indie project of a small team, that offers a lot of advantages of the hades games (why not learn from each other to offer us a wider range of such games) +basic movement & combat controls are practically perfect & superfluid (you will instantly feel at home when coming from hades) +effects are nearly as beautiful as hades', backgrounds look more "painted", voiced characters +inital difficulty & monster attack pattern very good +different weapons can be found/bought even within the run +execution feature is great! (even hades could invent this:) +norse mythology themed +stable early access, no bugs here i wish this project only the best

I give it an early thumbs up(played demo) and cause i dont understand why it hasnt more votes/players(i guess steam doesnt promote is much or it gets eaten by the algorithmik), played hades, sworn, ember knights ravenswatch and so on, sworn and ravenswatch are so slow paced, hades and ember knight i rly like, and the perpective/camera 3D/2,5D and combatpace,is like a mix of both in this game. I dont need story, so i would like to see the resources go into gameplaycontent first. The Intro needs a skip button aswell... its like hades, but with its own ideas, but doesnt loose combat pace like other games, has great potential, but beware, its slow(er) developtment cause only 2 guys are doing it. I risked my money, but i refund most games, so im rly sure i get my my money worth.....hope more people are buying it after playing the demo differences to hades: you find the weapons on the run, you just pick them up on the run, from shop or as drop(you start with one of 2 classes each run by your choice, melee or bow), so builds are less predetermined by weapons/on start, these 2 classes have their own (but so far similar) upgrade trees, maps are smaller(more like ember knights) mapprevi…

It's a pretty good game but it does NOT feel like roguelike game at all and at certain point, there is no progression and you feel like you've hit a brick wall. I'm not really good at games so I need buff items as much as I could get but they run out and cannot buy them from the shops any more which doesn't make sense. I also wish they would lock the dropped weapons to the selected class.
