Reminiscence

This game is a nice treat for those who enjoy visual novel games and/or the three kingdoms era. The story, musics and artworks are all beautifully crafted. The story takes ~45 minutes to go through. It can be replayed many times to achieve different endings. I've unlocked the three normal endings and I'm working on unlocking the final special ending. The music minigame was tough for my uncultured ears but the walkthrough in the community page really helps. Overall I recommend this!

This game is so lovely! It's quite short, but reasonably so for the price. I've unlocked the good, mid, and sad ending, but if there are other endings, I'm not sure how to achieve them. The translation is also really well done, and provides helpful cultural context as you go. The qin minigame is tricky if you're tone deaf (like me, apparently), but you can muddle through if you're persistent.

10/10 - I can tell that the developers did extensive research on the story, and put a lot of thought into the game. There's a lot of replay-ability as well given that there are multiple options. Music was also amazing, and added to the ambience of the game. Great for history lovers for sure. Very reasonably priced, so I would recommend it you like history/three kingdom genres!

Reminiscence drew me in more and more the longer I played . What started as simple curiosity quickly became genuine appreciation for the world and story — impressive given it's short length. I played straight through, determined to find every collectible. It's one of those rare experiences where the deeper you go, the more rewarding it becomes. Unlocking the true ending took some effort, but it was absolutely worth it. If you're having trouble, definitely check the guide — you don’t want to miss this ending. It brings everything together in a way that’s both meaningful and beautifully satisfying.
