With you forgotten from my memory is a short emotional visual novel that caught my attention mostly because of its unusual art style and the mystery surrounding Sujin. I play as Myohan, and one day his world suddenly starts looking like it has been drawn with crayons. In this strange version of reality, he meets Sujin, a girl who only he seems to be able to see, and the story becomes about trying to recover her lost memories. I like that the game starts with something quite simple and slowly makes the situation feel more mysterious. The artwork is easily my favourite part. Everything has this soft crayon look that makes the game feel warm and nostalgic, even when the story starts becoming more emotional. The cherry blossoms and bright colours give the opening a peaceful feeling, but there is always something slightly strange about the world underneath it. I think the art style does a lot of the work here because without it, the basic visual novel setup would not feel anywhere near as distinctive.
