This game really appealed to me because so much love went into it and I wish I could finish it, but I'm still stuck inside of the Gluttony table. Still I like the game.

Requiem is a somewhat simple third person action/puzzle/platformer game where you take on the role of some guy, and you have a "good" and "evil" "angel" blob on each shoulder which gives you heaps of cringey visual novel text to click though, somehow making the puzzle experience even more tiresome. You'll run around and solve amazing puzzles like pushing a box onto a button. This looks a lot like it was designed for consoles, but released on Steam instead by mistake. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this never made it to the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. The graphics aren't great, rather low poly assets with janky animations, mismatched/improperly placed textures... it's an amateurish, unpolished mess. Сюжет, хотя и не блещет особой оригинальностью, но подан мастерски, заставляя сопереживать главному герою, погрязшему в своих грехах. Геймплей достаточно прост, но эффективен: исследование локаций, решение головоломок и сражение с порождениями кошмара. Противники разнообразны и требуют тактического подхода. Визуальный стиль игры мрачный и детализированный, что добавляет остроты ощущениям. Звуковое сопровождение выполнено на высоком уровне и идеально подчеркивает атмосферу ужаса и безысходности. Несмотря на некоторую линейность и небольшую продолжительность, "Requiem" оставляет сильное впечатление. Это игра, которая остается в памяти еще долгое время после завершения, заставляя задуматься о цене своих поступков и о возможности искупления. Рекомендуется всем любителям мрачных психологических хорроров и игр с глубоким смыслом.

This is the worst videogame I have ever played in my life. It literally is Deadly Premonition but inferior, they both have horrible controlls, graphics and take Twin Peaks inspiration as well but at least Deadly Premotion was interesting.
