About RocketGO
Created by Ge Yin, RocketGO is a physics engine driven space adventure game in which you pilot the rocket to explore the universe. You are playing as a rocket pilot, and you are doing what a pilot should do: advancing in the expedition, collecting alien artifacts, planning your adventure route and maintaining the rocket. Challenges in six planets with unique landscapes and environments await.
- Exploration
Six planets are all with their unique features. The planet covered by lava can easily burn the rocket, and the one full of magnetic field can drive the rocket into a deadly zone. With careful piloting, well-organized exploration strategy and good knowledge of the planet, you could become the historical universe explorer.
- Rocket transforming
With sufficient energy, the high-tech rocket can transform into the Float Mode. This anti-gravity and stable controlling mode enables the rocket to perform accurate movement to pass narrow gap or suspend in a strong force-field. Right timing of activating the Float Mode is always the key to success.
- You are not alone
You are not alone in the universe. Those floating capsules are the supplies left by other explorers and get them for your own advantage.
- Alien artifacts
The Alien Gears made with mysterious glowing materials are hidden in the universe. Collecting them and then forging them into useful machine parts can hugely boost the rocket.
- Upgrade
A bundle of upgrade options are in your own hand. You can improve the durability, shield power, environmental resistance and even the Float Mode. Enjoy the DIY for your own rocket.

"RocketGO" is a sloppy ripoff of Moon Lander (copyright Atari 1980), except this is worse than the original game that the developer is ripping off. Low poly, untextured assets don't help this look any better than the ancient 1980 CRT game, and while there's some bells and whistles (collecting and upgrading stuff), it doesn't add anything to the tired, obsolete game concept. Lack of polish and janky controls just make things worse. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D graphics which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. Игра RocketGO оказалась на удивление захватывающей и простой в освоении. Механика, где нужно управлять ракетой и забивать огромный мяч в ворота, с первых минут затягивает своей динамикой. Графика, конечно, не поражает воображение, но она вполне приятная и не отвлекает от самого процесса. Особенно радует разнообразие режимов. Есть как классические матчи 1 на 1, так и командные сражения, где нужно действовать слаженно, чтобы победить. Разблокировка новых ракет и апгрейдов добавляет стимул для игры, хочется исследовать все возможности кастомизации. Единственное, к чему можно придраться, это к некоторым однообразным картам. Было бы неплохо увидеть больше уникальных арен с различными препятствиями и бонусами. В целом, RocketGO – это отличная казуальная игра, чтобы весело провести время с друзьями или просто расслабиться после тяжелого дня. Легко освоить, сложно стать мастером – вот её главный девиз. Рекомендую всем, кто любит быстрые и динамичные игры с элементами физики.
