Quick Score: 3/5 Notes: Game is just okay. I dont really like the movement very much, it controls pretty much the same as classic mario bros, but somehow even slower and clunkier. And also all of the challenges involving the bombs falling from the sky are incredibly annoying, because the run button and grab bomb button are the same. Everything else in the game is......decent. took about 34 hours to get "100%"5 found this helpful
The different Suitcases as powerups are very imaginative and i can slide down slopes on my buns like in Super Mario World! Must buy!1 found this helpful

A cute and deceptively tough Mario World clone. It's not without its flaws, sliding jumps lock your air control, there's a good number of off screen gotchas that you'll always die to the first time, and one of the mid-game bosses is an absolute terror that's tougher than every other one by a mile. Fun game otherwise, the briefcase gimmick is used sparingly but is fun, there's a lot of content for speedrunners and a mission mode with a bunch of extra goals that change up how levels play.1 found this helpful
Are you a bad enough dude to get to work? This game is "fun" in the same way that Dwarf Fortress is. Fans of Kaizo Mario will be very pleased. I haven't felt this pandered to in 15 years. The first special mechanic the game teaches you is how to throw a bouncing suitcase and jump off it to extend your range. I was instantly hooked, as it reminds me of attempting to climb a wall of fish in an old romhack called Mario Adventure.1 found this helpful
I really wanted to like this game, but the controls make an already clunky game irritating to play. Binding throw/pickup/special/run to the same button was not a good design choice. Jumping off a brief case that falls down and bounces with your bounce off of it being real weak is annoying. Being unable to drop down from platforms was also annoying. I still hope some people give the game a chance if they want an indie super mario like, but as of this review it's only for people who are really patient.
