This is a quiz game where you can choose the correct answer "2" (example: "Ni" is the correct answer if "Ni" and "two") from the national flag and country name (example: Hinomaru and Japan).
Let's aim for "Dr. Genius" in the challenge mode where you compete for how many questions you can answer correctly within 22 seconds and challenge the ranking!
There is also a story mode with 3 multi-ends.

"School Sweets Discovery ～granulated sugar edition～" is a badly made Japanese quiz minigame that, well, might as well have been done in a web browser. The content is not much, not good, and not interesting. Remember, Steam isn't here to compete with Firefox or Chrome... why go through all the effort of adding this to your library and downloading it when you might as well be on your web browser? There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs to pretend they're mobile phones or Commodore 64s. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Wildly pointless. I mean, it's free, but to call this a game is misleading. This is more like a minigame you'd find in a VN. For context, all you need to do is choose the correct language the text is written in. And it's just one word (the word "two"). A couple dialogue lines and that's it.1 found this helpful

There is in fact (an attempt at) an english translation in the game despite steam saying there isn’t english support. Definitely an interesting and kinda weird trivia game lol. Achievements are easy.
