Idk. Just 30 pics of the same nurse and very easy puzzles. I mean the puzzles are so easy that they either shouldn't add them at all or make something at least resembling a game. Finished the game in like 10 minutes and just uninstalled.
I saw a guy with over 800 hours in this game the first ting i thought was how but after buying it i understand. Perfect game i recommend buying it.
