Shadow of Juarez

Awesome

A surprisingly fun and addictive top down shooter, with a bunch of re-playability. I am a few hours in and expect to spend much more time in this Shadow realm! Whether it is to grind out some more gear or level progression, or just pop in and knock out a couple of quick waves of enemies, it meets the mark! I like to imagine I am I defending my family against the Shadowy Hoard of Juarez, or perhaps I myself am Juarez, and I fight to protect my soul from figments from my own nightmares! When those figments coalesce as pigments, I must destroy them! The dev has done a great job so far with this "passion project" and it shows great promise - as a slight mod, I would love to see the full loot card (with prices) pop up in game loot box screens to help me compare weapons whilst I am learning the loadouts or, better yet, a compare function with the current equipped item, Keep up the good work!

~ This game feels and looks good, I'm satisfied with the controls and navigating through the menus. ~ The audio and graphics in this game are polished and clean, It's quite impressive for a game made on TurboWarp. ~ The game is still fairly small but makes you hop on from time to time and climb your way up to getting all weapons and achievements >:) ~ The developer is very attentive to feedback and updates the game rather quickly. Overall 6/10 (good,) hope there's gonna be more content updates!
