About Shahmaran
A Mythological Thrilling Action! Shahmaran (named after the legendary half-woman, half-serpent mythological creature) is a hyper-casual action game inspired by the classic snake gameplay, enhanced with thrilling, fantastical action elements. When the kingdom's ruler falls gravely ill, the Vizier—revealing his true identity as an evil sorcerer—casts a dark spell to summon vile creatures to hunt Shahmaran and obtain her flesh for a cure. Shahmaran, alongside her loyal companion Jamsab, must fend off these forces of evil and ultimately defeat the treacherous Vizier. With spells and weapons at their disposal, the fate of Shahmaran rests in your hands against the creatures summoned by the evil Vizier!Key Features: Classical Snake-Based Gameplay: Experience the addictive mechanics of the legendary snake game, now interwoven with the rich mythology of Shahmaran. Glide across the map, gather food to grow in size, and avoid collisions with your own body or the map's edges, all while staying true to the original classic.Fantastic Action Elements: Engage in battles with Shahmaran's unique arsenal of spells to defeat her foes. Wail of Shahmaran, a devastating elemental scream that deals significant damage to enemies within its range. Tornado of Souls, A mighty twister that traps enemies upon collision, immobilizing them in its vortex. Demon Spirit, A powerful ally summoned to fight alongside Shahmaran, delivering devastating blows to enemies during its limited existence. Draconic Tail, Shahmaran’s tail unleashes deadly ranged attacks, spitting powerful projectiles at enemies within its range.Formidable Enemies: As Shahmaran consumes food to grow to her full size, fearsome enemies like Worms, Spiders, and Mosquitoes constantly spawn on the map. These relentless foes attempt to touch Shahmaran or attack her body segments, causing her to shrink if successful.Helpful Allies: Shahmaran isn’t alone in her battle! Her head and tail deal damage to enemies with spells and weapons, earning action points that she can use to summon Jamsab. Jamsab, her loyal companion, flies to a designated location to drop a tar-filled barrel, slowing down nearby enemies and giving Shahmaran a strategic advantage.Powered by Unreal Engine: Shahmaran was developed using Unreal Engine, featuring cutting-edge graphical capabilities like hardware ray tracing, deferred shading, progressive LOD, and more.

Shahmaran combines the classic snake game mechanics with the bullet hell genre, offering an enjoyable experience. While you try to extend the snake's body, you also have to battle creatures attempting to destroy you using your spells. Considering its genre, it can be said that this game has a high production value. The game features cutscenes and voiceovers in both Turkish and English. If you're looking for a game that's both nostalgic and modern to unwind with, you can check out this one.7 found this helpful

Shahmaran is a fun game. The action elements that added on the classical snake game are joyful. It's also very nice to see a rich story specially for a tiny casual game. I overall recommend this game.4 found this helpful
