Skate City

Better than Olli Olli !!! Relaxing skate game. Soundtrack lo-fi beat is hypnotic. Tricks are not complicated, and many goals and challenges. Too bad it doesn't have cloud saves and it miss a lot content of the original Apple Arcade Game. Please add them ! Works great on Steam Deck

Skate City is a relaxed, style-forward skateboarding experience developed by Agens and Room8 and published by Snowman that deliberately shifts focus away from high-pressure competition and technical overload in favor of flow, atmosphere, and personal expression. Rather than trying to replicate the depth or complexity of classic skateboarding simulators, the game presents skating as a meditative act—about cruising through city streets, chaining tricks smoothly, and enjoying the rhythm of movement. This design philosophy defines the entire experience, making Skate City feel less like a challenge-driven sports game and more like a digital interpretation of the calm satisfaction that comes from an unhurried skate session. The game is structured around three iconic real-world locations—Los Angeles, Oslo, and Barcelona—each reimagined through a clean, stylized lens that emphasizes skate-friendly layouts over strict realism. Oh man, skateboarding is a dry genre on Steam. Not nearly enough good skateboarding games in it. I beat this game the day after Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 was announced. I think I revisited this game for that reason. Skate City is a 2.5D skateboarding game that isn't that bad. It isn't fantastic either. There is a bit of a challenge to be had but has a few hours of enjoyment. The graphics are nice but had little variation between the three locations which was disappointing. This game is originally a mobile game but isn't horrible to play with a controller on Steam. Definitely wait for a sale if you're interested. Backlog Games Beaten 2025 13/50

Got on sale for 1.50 SICK!!!!!!!

Best skating game ever

Got this game for a dollar thinking it would be a nice and easy 100% achievement game. Turns out the final achievement is bugged and is not getting fixed. *sigh*
