The story isn't bad, some of the scenes aren't bad either, the upgrade system is pretty small, the card thing is interesting, but you can only use one. All Scenes are unlocked even if you beat the game and missed something. You have several levels of difficulty and the first one is downright invincible. It doesn't explain the side quests and some places can only be visited once. Somehow, things like terrain and enemies are similar to the creators' other games. Why the negative review? When you press things in the menu there is a terribly loud and annoying sound that cannot be reduced or will reduce other sounds. The game crashes for no reason, sometimes it can go on for a long time without a problem, or it happens suddenly and several times in a row. I have seen similar problems in other games from these creators. I would recommend it at a big discount with or without the patch, the game is not bad.

Slave’s Sword is a fantasy role-playing game developed by Circle Poison and published by Kagura Games, built using the RPG Maker engine and designed as a story-driven adventure with traditional JRPG mechanics. While it shares many gameplay foundations with classic RPG Maker titles—such as top-down exploration, turn-based combat, and equipment progression—the game stands out primarily for its darker narrative themes and character-focused storytelling. Instead of presenting a lighthearted fantasy quest, Slave’s Sword tells a grim tale about the fall of a once-honorable knight and her struggle to survive and reclaim control over her life after betrayal and enslavement. The story centers on Luna, a former imperial knight who once served the Empire with pride and distinction. Known for her strength and skill with a blade, Luna held a respected position within the empire’s military hierarchy. However, disillusionment gradually sets in as she witnesses the corruption and injustice spreading throughout the government she once defended. Unable to tolerate the cruelty and political manipulation surrounding her, Luna eventually abandons her noble position and retreats to a quieter life in th…

Okay, I wanted to try some of the “Kagura Games,” so I bought the 10 most recommended and highest-rated ones in a bundle. It cost US$2.25, which isn't worth it. A pesar de costarme solo el equivalente a $2.25USD y querer probar “Kagura Games”, simplemente no los vale y aun considerando que esta en su top 10.

I'm not gonna lie the first half of the game was hot hot hot. It is a playable game but I had to dial back the difficulty (get ready to cheat) in order to play it. After that initial 'this is what I am talking about' game play it fizzles. You quickly get into a repetitive game play. I lost interest and did not finish it. Again some mini games ( I dunno maybe a glory hole money spinner or something) would have gone a long way. Bad habit of limited graphics and animation once you did it you did it. I know it's an old game but old games can be good. It wasn't for me.
